Jerilyn Jones

Jerilyn Jones is an experienced senior consultant at AREKA CONSULTING since April 2021, specializing in marketing, communications, change management, and new product adoption. As the chief communicator at JJ Hint, LLC since January 2019, Jerilyn leads a project-based execution practice focused on enhancing company culture and client relationships. Previously, Jerilyn served as Senior Vice President of Support at TouchPoint Support Services under Morrison Community Living, providing strategic marketing and business development support from May 2015 to January 2019. Jerilyn's extensive background includes roles as Senior Director of Product Marketing at BCD Travel (May 2005 - April 2015) and SVP of Marketing & Communications at World Travel Partners - BCD Travel (1993 - 2001), where marketing and communications capabilities were established. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at American Express from 1987 to 1993, overseeing a proposal writing team in the southern region. Jerilyn holds a B.S.B.A in International Management from Georgetown University, completed in 1979.
