Founded in 2013, Arel Capital focuses on cash-flowing multifamily properties, and opportunistic real-estate investments across the United States. Co-founders Richard Leibovitch and Gabriel Bousbib have worked together for more than 25 years, managing hedge fund and real-estate investments. Since its inception, Arel Capital has acquired, improved, developed and/or financed more than 70 properties in twelve U.S. markets. Investments are made either through single asset vehicles or focused multi-asset theme funds.  The principals will co-invest in any proposed transaction.
