Ilya Bulaev

Ilya Bulaev is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Sales Director for Russia and CIS at Arelion since February 2013. In this role, Ilya oversees wholesale and enterprise business, managing key performance indicators such as revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA. Prior to Arelion, Ilya held the position of Regional Sales Director at GTT and Director of Business Development at TransTeleCom, where responsibilities included business development, network expansion strategies, and building strategic relationships. Ilya also has project management experience managing significant projects for TransTeleCom and previously worked as Solutions Lead at MTS Group, focusing on network architecture and vendor management. Ilya holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
