Currently serving as a Senior CLO/Structured Credit Trader at Ares Management since November 2002, Ian Smith specializes in structuring new issue deals and trading CLOs in the secondary market, while also managing a correlation and hedging program for the firm. Prior to Ares Management, Ian Smith held positions in sales at DH1 and conducted research at Imagine Venture Capital.
