John Clark

John Clark has extensive experience in investment management and banking, currently serving as Principal in Software & Technology Investing at Ares Management Corporation since April 2016. Prior roles include working in private equity at GTCR LLC, and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where analyses and financial modeling for leveraged transactions were performed across various sectors. John Clark also interned as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at both Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group and ORIX Corporate Capital in the Leveraged Finance Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and an International Business Certificate from the University of Notre Dame.
