Michael Radcliffe is a Principal in Real Estate Asset Management at Ares Management Corporation, where they currently oversee strategic real estate operations. They are an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in asset and portfolio management across multiple asset classes in European jurisdictions. Previously, they served as an Associate Partner at Edgerley Simpson Howe LLP and held roles as Senior Asset Manager for the City of London Corporation and Asset Management at St Martins Property. Michael also managed assets across €3.5 billion at the City of London Corporation and has a proven track record in driving value creation and preservation. They hold an MA with distinction in Property Valuation & Law from City, University of London.
