Mohan Thomas

Mohan Thomas served as the Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Ares Management Corporation, where they advised on significant legal matters and led fund formation for the firm's first ESG-focused climate infrastructure fund. Prior to this role, Mohan was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at EIF Management, LLC, responsible for comprehensive legal support and compliance initiatives. They hold a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and an MPA from Syracuse University, where they also earned a BA, magna cum laude, in Economics and Policy Studies.
