Peter Baek

Peter Baek has extensive experience in human resources and analytics, currently serving as a Senior Associate in HR Reporting and Analytics at Ares Management Corporation since July 2022. Prior to this role, Peter worked at UnitedHealth Group as a People Analytics Consultant, collaborating with Optum’s talent organization to deliver insights and reporting solutions. Their earlier positions include a Human Capital Intern at UnitedHealth Group, a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, a Project Manager Intern at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, and a Workforce Engagement Specialist at the American Red Cross Greater New York.
