Xichen Wei

Xichen Wei is an accomplished data strategist and analyst with a robust background in developing data-driven business solutions. Currently serving as an Associate in Global Data Strategy at Ares Management Corporation since January 2023, Xichen collaborates with senior leadership to define KPIs and enhance team productivity through data analysis and visualization. Previous experience includes an Associate role at Comscore, Inc., where Xichen independently produced over 10 custom reports, contributing to significant revenue growth, and a brief contract as a Senior Analyst at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, focused on optimizing web traffic and channel allocation.
