Mike Marnon has an extensive background in mechanical engineering and research, beginning as a co-op student at Agfa from 1997 to 1998. Marnon spent eight years at Analogic Corporation, serving as a mechanical engineer from 1998 to 2006, before moving to Areté Associates, where Marnon held roles as research staff and mechanical engineering manager from May 2006 to April 2015. Marnon returned to Areté in February 2021 as senior manager and deputy director of HydroVision, and this position is set to continue until February 2025.
