Debbie Griffith

Debbie Griffith, Ph.D., MBA, SHRM-SCP, is a Strategic Executive Director specializing in core Human Resource Management applications and systems. With over two decades of experience in human resources and career management, they have served as the Executive Director of Human Capital at Aretec, Inc. since 2021, where they have led initiatives in employee relations, performance management, and leadership development. Prior to their current role, Debbie held prominent positions at Education Affiliates, NeoSystems Corp, and Personnel One. They hold a Ph.D. in Sociology, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, all from the University of Central Florida.
