Donna Smith

Donna Smith is a seasoned Senior Recruiter at AREVO Professional since September 2015, bringing over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Prior roles include serving as an Executive Recruiter at The Renick Group, Inc., and as a Branch Manager for Express Employment Professionals. Donna contributed to the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Executive Board of Directors from January 2007 to December 2015. Additionally, Donna held the position of Roanoke Chapter President for the Roanoke Valley Society For Human Resource Management during 2009 and 2010, and continues to serve on its Board. Donna's educational background includes a Human Resource Management Certification from Mary Baldwin University and studies at National College.
