Marc Sinclair

Marc Sinclair currently serves as the Head of Group Finance at Argent Energy since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Churchill China plc as Group Financial Controller & Company Secretary from January 2018 to January 2025, as well as positions as Financial Controller and Group Financial Accountant at Assurant between September 2015 and December 2017. Additional roles have included Cash and Tax Accountant at Brammer Group, Financial Controller at The Hut Group, and various audit positions at BDO LLP. Sinclair began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst at 3M and also worked as a Commercial Moves Coordinator/Supervisor at Johnsons Business Moves. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a specialization in Finance from Northumbria University.
