Tom's career began at Frost Bank, where roles included Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer and Vice President from June 1980 to November 2007. Academically, Tom earned a Master of Arts in Economics from St. Mary's University and pursued studies in Accounting at the University of Houston.
