Des Morrow

Des Morrow is the Head of Innovation at Argenta Limited, where they focus on developing novel drug delivery systems for enhancing animal well-being and productivity. With a PhD in Pharmacy, Des has extensive experience in dosage form design, QbD formulation, and analytical development. They have published over 20 peer-reviewed papers and authored a book on microneedle drug delivery, while also holding multiple formulation patents. Prior to their current role, Des worked in various capacities at Argenta and other pharmaceutical companies, contributing significantly to formulation and process development efforts.
