Kyle Jay Smith, PharmD, MBA, is an experienced leader in pharmacovigilance and patient safety with a proven track record across various pharmaceutical organizations. Currently serving as Director of Safety Risk Management at argenx since April 2023, Kyle provides safety expertise and oversees safety risk management for both marketed and developmental products. Prior roles include Associate Director of Global Safety Operations at HUTCHMED and Medical Lead at Perrigo Company plc, where responsibilities encompassed global pharmacovigilance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory standards. With over a decade in pharmacy leadership, including positions as Director of Pharmacy at Spectrum Health and Holland Hospital, Kyle has demonstrated excellence in safety initiatives, clinical oversight, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University and an MBA with a finance concentration from LSU Shreveport.
