Lien Dejager currently serves as Biomarker Lead, Director at argenx, having transitioned from a role as Biomarker Lead, Associate Director within the same company. Prior to argenx, Lien held several significant positions at UCB, including Biomarker Lead Immunology and Head of Bioanalytical Scientific Management Immunology, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams, designing bioanalytical strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Earlier, Lien worked at Ablynx as Senior Scientist and Team Leader in Bioanalysis and Pharmacology, and gained postdoctoral research experience at Universität Ulm and VIB-UGent, focusing on inflammation and glucocorticoid resistance. Lien holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Neurosciences from Ghent University.
