Stephanie Wolfe

Stephanie Wolfe has a strong background in human resources and consulting. Stephanie is currently the Head of HR for North America at argenx. Prior to this, they owned their own HR consulting firm, Wolfe HR Consulting, LLC. Stephanie also spent several years at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they served as the VP of Employee Experience from 2018 to 2021 and as the VP of HR - Global Operations, R&D and Shared Services from 2015 to 2018. Before joining Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Stephanie held various HR leadership positions at Pfizer and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Stephanie'sroles included Sr. Director - HR Lead, Director of HR, and Associate Director of HR. Overall, Stephanie Wolfe brings extensive experience in HR strategy and management.

Stephanie Wolfe obtained an MBA in Business from Rider University between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, they completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Program at Wharton Executive Education in 2022.
