Syed Raza

Syed Raza has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning over 19 years. Syed began their career as a Pharma-Associate at Sanofi-aventis in 2004. Subsequently, they worked as a Primary Care Sales Representative at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in 2009. In 2010, they joined Sanofi as a Therapy Development Executive, where they remained until 2016. During their tenure at Sanofi, they transitioned to Boehringer Ingelheim in 2016, initially as a Value and Outcomes Research Consultant, and later as a Health Economist. In 2021, they joined Amicus Therapeutics as an Associate Director - International HTA and Pricing Lead, and later became the Director - International Market Access. Currently, they hold the role of the Director - Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) at argenx, which they started in 2023. Additionally, Syed Raza worked as an Honorary Lecturer starting in 2020.

Syed Raza completed their education history as follows:

- From 2012 to 2015, they studied at City, University of London where they obtained an MSc degree in Economic Evaluation in Healthcare.

- In 2020, they obtained a Certificate of Tutoring from the University of South Wales.

- Between 2006 and 2008, they pursued an MBA degree in International Marketing at London South Bank University.

- From 2000 to 2003, they attended Karachi University and earned a B Pharm degree in Pharmacy.

- In 2010, they became ABPI QUALIFIED through the ABPI, focusing on the pharmaceutical field.
