Currently serving as Director of Organization and Launch - HEOR at argenx since March 2021, Tom Hughes has previously held significant roles including Principal at Strategic Evidence, Senior Vice President at IPSOS, and Senior Director at Avanir Pharmaceuticals. Tom Hughes' focus encompasses consulting on payer value propositions, evidence generation, and communication strategies, contributing to market access and commercialization efforts across various companies. With a PhD in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Oregon State University, Tom Hughes combines advanced academic training with over three decades of industry experience.
