Jason Meyer

Jason Meyer has 27+ years of web experience and 22 years of content management experience. Jason began their career in 2003 as a TeamSite Workflow Architect for The Coca-Cola Company. In 2004, they worked as a Template Development Lead for the State of Oregon, and as a Content Management Architect for Portland General Electric. In 2005, they were a Content Management Architect for The Regence Group, and in 2006 they were a Senior Content Management Architect for Yash Technologies. In 2007, they worked as a Senior Technical Consultant for Interwoven. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Web and Content Management (CQ5) Development Lead for PacifiCorp. In 2017, they became the Vice President of AEM Outfitters, and from 2010 to 2017 they were the CEO and Sr. AEM Technical Architect for Argil DX. In this role, they were responsible for architecting web content management solutions for fortune 1000 companies, designing and developing custom templates and components for Adobe CQ5 and Adobe Experience Manager CMS, and leading a team of 35+ on-shore and off-shore CQ5 developers. Jason also had expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and CQ5 Information Security, and created the free AEM & CQ5 Security Scanner.

Jason Meyer attended Glencoe High School before obtaining a BS in Computer Science from Portland State University in 1999. Jason also holds certifications from Adobe, Day Software, and other institutions, including an Adobe Business Practitioner - AEM certification obtained in June 2018, a CQ5 Content Author Training certification obtained in February 2009, and a CQ Developer certification obtained in December 2008.
