Rodney Mace, Ed.D, CW3 (Ret.), MA, currently serves as a Senior Consultant at ARGO-EFESO, specializing in program management, service excellence, and change management across civilian and government sectors. With extensive experience, Rodney has a proven track record in management assessments, staff development, risk analysis, and technical training, having managed consulting teams for international clients. Prior to this role, Rodney held various management positions at Union Pacific Railroad, where responsibilities included enforcing safety regulations, overseeing a significant annual budget, and implementing organizational change initiatives. Rodney's military background includes serving as a Counterintelligence Special Agent in the US Army, leading critical missions and collaborating with various intelligence agencies. Education includes a Doctorate in Education with a focus on Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
