Peter O’hara

Mr. Peter O’Hara has been the Chief Financial Officer of The Eastern Company since May 2022. Before joining Eastern, Peter was Vice President of Finance at Navistar Inc where he was responsible for about 100 finance and accounting professionals in Corporate FP&A, Product Development, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and a Business Transformation Office. Peter was previously Corporate Treasurer at Estee Lauder, Assistant Treasurer at Amgen, Manager Director at GMAC, and Regional Treasurer at GM. Peter holds an MBA from The University of Michigan, Stephen M Ross School of Business and a BA from UC Santa Barbara.
