Mark Terry

Mark Terry serves as the AVP of Corporate Security at Argo Group since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing Identity and Access Management, IT Program Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Physical Security, and Duty of Care programs. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Rackspace from January 2007 to July 2020, where Mark held the title of Director of Physical Security, Business Resiliency, and Identity Management. In this capacity, Mark developed a global team of industry experts, engaged with executives to shape strategic security initiatives, designed risk management frameworks across multiple sites, and managed comprehensive business continuity programs. Mark's experience includes directing the implementation of security policies, conducting employee training programs, and serving as the executive sponsor for the Emergency Conditions Team. Education was attained at San Antonio College.
