Michael Schofield

Michael Schofield has a strong background in network and cyber security, with over 18 years of experience in various roles. Michael is currently serving as the VP Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering at Argo Group since July 2021. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Rackspace, including Vice President - Network & Cyber Security Operations from September 2019 to July 2021, and Sr Director - Network Security from December 2013 to September 2019. Michael also held positions at Rackspace, the Open Cloud Company, where they served as the Hong Kong Datacenter Director from April 2013 to November 2013, and Director, Systems and Tools for Data Centers and Infrastructure from January 2013 to March 2013. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership in network security, data center management, and engineering.

Michael Schofield attended Northwest Vista College from 2006 to 2007, where they studied Computer Network Management. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Network Management at ITT Technical Institute. In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained the GIAC Strategic Planning, Policy, and Leadership (GSTRT) certification from GIAC Certifications in August 2022.
