Thomas McGettrick

Thomas McGettrick currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Surety Claims at Argo Group, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Thomas spent a decade at Donnelly & Harris LLC as an Associate, representing various clients in litigation, conducting legal research, and advising on compliance with regulations. Earlier experience includes self-employment as an attorney focusing on small business consultation, and roles as a Law Clerk at notable firms and organizations, including Corboy & Demetrio, P.C., and the Federal Defender Program of Chicago, where substantial contributions were made to case research and trial preparation. Thomas holds a Juris Doctor degree with a Tax Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, both from Loyola University Chicago.
