Matthew Strauss

Matthew Strauss has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Managing Partner for Operations at ARGO Performance & Development since April 2010, with previous roles including Managing Partner for North America and Budapest. Strauss was also a Partner at 4OpEx, Inc. and held the position of VP Client Organization Development & Change Management at Argo Inc. Additionally, Strauss has a background in academia as a lecturer at Obuda University, teaching coaching, consulting, and business skills in English. Leadership abilities were demonstrated as Chair of the HR Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary and as a Senior Consultant at Sensa Consulting Kft. Matthew Strauss holds a BA in Political Science with a focus on Global Policy Studies from The University of Georgia and has pursued coaching education at BMF Coaching.
