Dayne Efta

Dayne Efta is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the high-performance snowmobile industry and a strong background in manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at ARGO XTV since September 2021, Dayne previously held the position of Engineering Manager for High Performance Snowmobiles at Arctic Cat, where responsibilities included managing Bill of Materials, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project alignment with strategic goals. Dayne also has experience managing engineering prototype shops and has developed lean manufacturing processes at Tecton Products. With a solid educational foundation from North Dakota State University, Dayne has also managed a family-operated grain farm, demonstrating diverse skills in both engineering and agricultural management.
