My-Ha Moon, PMP, serves as Program Director at argodesign since October 2022, focusing on creating innovative products that merge technology with user-friendliness. Previously, My-Ha held the position of Senior Manager of Business Operations at Spring Health from December 2021 to July 2022, where the emphasis was on delivering tailored mental health solutions. My-Ha's experience also includes serving as Senior Manager and PMO Lead at Everly Health, overseeing preventive care solutions, and various roles at AFSC/Magellan Federal and Kforce Inc., focusing on project management and business processes. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University, a Master of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, and completion of the Spring 2021 Fellowship at Abundance.
