Rusty Kocian is a product leader and creative director with nearly 20 years of experience in consulting for prestigious brands, launching new products and transforming businesses. Currently a Strategy Director and Creative Director at argodesign, they design digital products for top brands and innovative upstarts. As the co-founder and Chief Strategist of Badass Backpacks, they produced art-forward designer bags from 2014 to 2020. Additionally, Rusty founded Boundless, an audio-native transmedia storytelling platform, in 2024, while they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Texas McCombs School of Business.
