John Sullivan

John Sullivan is a Senior Consultant at Argon & Co, specializing in management consultancy with a focus on competitive systems and practices since January 2023. With extensive experience as a Lean Manufacturing Training Consultant for INTENT Group since 2008, Sullivan works with organizations to enhance their understanding of lean methodologies, specializing in setup time reduction, 5S, and problem-solving. Sullivan previously served as HoD of Technology at Northcote College from 2001 to 2009, where instruction included technology, graphics, and vehicle technology. Prior experience includes roles as a Fabrication Engineer at Select Engineering and maintenance work at Hillgate Electroplating Co. Educated at Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc Hons in Design Technology and Qualified Teacher Status, Sullivan also possesses qualifications as a registered assessor, training adults in competitive manufacturing processes up to level 4.
