Jon Engles is a seasoned operations leader with over nine years of experience in change management and continuous improvement. They have held roles ranging from Project Engineer to Continuous Improvement Manager at Mars, where they championed initiatives for efficiency and sustainability. Currently, as a Lead Consultant at Argon & Co, Jon drives business improvement projects in manufacturing operations and has successfully implemented strategies that resulted in significant cost savings. Jon holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North-West University.
