Tom Freeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and management within the food industry. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at Argon & Co since June 2022, Tom previously held roles including Project Manager at Epicurean Dairy Limited and Product Manager at Redeem Drinks. Prior to these positions, Tom worked as an Innovations Technologist at The Collective NZ and as a Product Development Technologist at Goodman Fielder, where Tom began as a graduate in the Dream Big Graduate Program, gaining diverse experience in R&D, Operations, and Sales. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Auckland, completed in 2013, and attended Rangitoto College from 2005 to 2009.
