Jon Scholtz

Jon Scholtz is a seasoned financialist currently serving as the Director and Deputy Head of Research at Argonaut. They have extensive experience as a Research Analyst at Macquarie Group from 2020 to 2024 and previously worked at Patersons Securities Limited and Patersons Securities as a Research Analyst and Associate Analyst, respectively. Jon began their career as a Surveillance Officer at JSE Limited from 2011 to 2012. They hold a BCom in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Johannesburg and a Master's in Finance from Curtin Business School, where they graduated with distinction.
