Tom Roland has extensive experience in localization and marketing, currently serving in RFP Response Management at Argos Multilingual since March 2023, where Tom has successfully responded to multiple RFPs and RFIs with significant success rates. Previous roles include Manager of Localization & SEO at Iterable, Marketing Localization Manager at Siemens Digital Industries Software, and various positions at Lionbridge, where Tom directed large teams and managed complex localization projects across numerous languages. Tom's career also encompasses account and supply chain management at TOIN Corporation, freelance translation, and editing for governmental publications, alongside teaching SAT courses. Educational qualifications include a BA in Asian Studies from Pomona College, as well as Mandarin training at National Taiwan Normal University.
