Lance Grimsley

Lance Grimsley, MS, is an experienced professional in supply chain and logistics management, currently serving as Terminal Operations Manager and previously as Logistics and Customer Value Manager at Argos USA since June 2013. With a strong background in the cement industry, Grimsley held various roles at Lafarge Cement from 2002 to 2013, including North America Central Supply Planner and Regional Supply Planner, overseeing significant freight expenditures and transportation of millions of tons of materials. Prior experience at Blue Circle Cement, where positions included Supply Chain Modeling Manager and Sales Office Manager, contributed to a comprehensive understanding of operational efficiencies and supply chain optimization.
