Michael Beer

Michael Beer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the US Director of People and Culture at Argos USA since October 2011. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Human Resources at Lafarge, overseeing HR management for over 2,200 employees across more than 100 manufacturing plants and distribution centers. Michael also served as Director of Human Resources at Kraft Foods, managing HR functions for multiple business enterprises with significant revenue. Earlier experience includes a managerial position in human resources at Rockwell International and roles at NEC Home Electronics focusing on compensation and HR information systems. Michael holds a BS in Human Resources from Winona State University, earned in 1985.
