Michael Kobayashi is a multidisciplinary engineer with extensive experience in designing, building, and testing space-flight hardware. Currently serving as the Chief of Telecom Engineering at ARGOTEC, they previously held key roles at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, including Communications Systems Group Supervisor and MarCO Iris Radio Lead. Michael has specialized in high-power RF/microwave circuit designs, software-defined radios, and solid-state amplifiers, contributing to significant deep-space missions and novel communication systems. They earned a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine.
