Argus Property Partners is an independent property fund manager based in Sydney, specialising in high-quality Australian real estate investments for wholesale investors.

Since 2013, we’ve launched 27 funds and deployed over $560 million across a range of property sectors, including commercial, retail, medical, and residential. Our funds are structured for transparency and performance, and our track record reflects that: all wound-up funds have delivered in line with or above original return forecasts, with an average investor IRR of 21.2% p.a.*

Our strength lies in combining hands-on property experience with a strong values base. Our investor base includes many long-term partners who’ve supported us across multiple funds; a reflection of the trust we’ve earned through performance and open communication.

We’re fully licensed under AFSL 289817 and operate within a rigorous compliance and risk framework.

If you’re a wholesale investor seeking a direct, ethical, and experienced approach to property investment, we’d love to connect.

*Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future returns.
