Kim Carter

Kim Carter is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Chief People Officer at Altus Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Kim held various leadership positions at MLSE, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources, from July 2014 to March 2021. Kim's extensive background in human resources encompasses roles such as Vice President at Astral Media, Vice President at Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc., and Manager of Human Resources at Cogeco Cable Inc. Early in the career, Kim worked as an HR Advisor at Sprint Canada. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from McMaster University, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
