Grosjean is the Managing Director / CEO of ARHS Group. They have served as Managing Director of ARHS Spikeseed since 2014 and as Managing Director at Accenture since 2024. They founded FleetBack in 2015 and led its product development and growth to more than 300 customers. They earned a Master in Computer Science and a DES in Law and Management of ICT from Université de Namur, and studied Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Sunderland.
