John Roberts

John Roberts is an experienced field service technician with a diverse background in electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair of various types of equipment. Currently employed at ARI-HETRA since November 2020, John oversees the maintenance and installation department, managing equipment orders, technician evaluations, technical training, and ensuring a safety-focused culture. Prior to this role, John served as Service Support Manager at Canteen, NA, for nearly eight years, where responsibilities included coordinating installations and addressing maintenance needs. John's extensive experience also encompasses positions at Atlas Food Systems and Services, Cromer Food Services, and Hill&Foss, as well as an early career as an avionics technician in the United States Marine Corps. John holds training in Avionics Maintenance Technology from the Center for Navy Aviation Technical Training.
