Sanjay Kumar

Sanjay Kumar is currently the Director at Applied Research International, a subsidiary of Zen Technologies, and has over 20 years of experience in the Indian Navy, primarily in leadership roles. They have successfully led cross-functional teams in operations and logistics and have managed high-budget projects, securing approvals from decision-makers up to the Cabinet level. Previously, as Joint Director, they focused on enhancing Maritime Domain Awareness through complex projects and stakeholder collaboration. Sanjay's early career included significant contributions to HR policies and crisis response during the 2004 Tsunami relief operations, for which they received a commendation from the Chief of the Naval Staff. They hold multiple degrees, including an M.B.A. and a Master of Science in Undersea Warfare.
