Fraser Smith

Fraser Smith is a Regulatory Compliance Training Manager with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently working for Aria Care Homes Group and Aria Care since December 2022. Prior to this, Fraser held the same title at Caring Homes Group, where involvement spanned from September 2007 to the present, including roles such as Training Lead and Regional Trainer. Fraser is responsible for organizing and delivering training for various care homes, coordinating with outside providers and providing training sessions personally. Fraser completed education at Falkirk High School from 1986 to 1991.
