At Aria, we understand that memorable dining experiences defy routine.
Some evenings call for comforting favorites, others for discovery and celebration. Our philosophy embraces this variety, offering a space that is both welcoming and effortlessly elegant, with a team that is thoughtful, engaging, and attuned to each table’s rhythm. Rooted in modern American cooking, our daily menus honor the season’s best ingredients through careful preparation. We take pleasure when a guest returns for a dish that lingered in memory—and equal joy in helping mark life’s most meaningful celebrations.

Founded in the spring of 2000 by chef and restaurateur Gerry Klaskala,
Aria was built on a simple idea: to create lasting memories around exceptional food, wine, and hospitality.
Today, longtime general manager and now owner Andrés Loaiza, along with Executive Chef Joseph Harrison, carry that vision forward—continuing to craft experiences that center around the guest, and ensuring that Aria remains a place to return to again and again.
