Jeff Lamos

As the Vice President of Professional Services, Jeff Lamos is responsible for the teams that bring Aria’s industry leading solutions to life in the ecosystems of its global customers. He currently oversees implementations in APAC, EMEA, and North and South America by empowering the Professional Services, Managed Services and Workflow Solutions teams to deliver leading-edge solutions to today’s top enterprise companies.

In addition to guiding the Professional Services team, Lamos has led the introduction of Aria’s Managed Services practice that provides continuing architectural guidance and implementation support for Aria customers who may employ a DevOps model, phased rollout or migration strategy, or onboarding of new acquisitions to the Aria platform.

Previously, he led the Professional Services team in EMEA and worked as a Solutions Architect on many of Aria’s largest implementations. Lamos has worked for over 15 years supporting and implementing SAAS, cloud-based solutions in many different industries, including endpoint security, Health Benefits, and billing and revenue management.

Lamos earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Messiah University. When time permits, he enjoys traveling, sports of all types and playing golf.
