Heidi Rafeeq is a strategic and results-driven Human Resources leader with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in shaping organizational growth and optimizing human capital management. Currently, they serve as the People and Culture Manager at ARIA Technologies. Previously, they held various HR positions, including their role as HR Learning Operation & Employee Relations Supervisor at Etisalat Egypt and HR Generalist at Nafham. Heidi holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Ain Shams University and is pursuing a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
