Our mission is to provide an integral solution for competent authorities, quota obligated parties, project developers, verifiers and traders who are involved in Upstream Emissions Reductions (UER) markets. We do this by providing a user friendly repository and platform based on best of breed technology and know-how. 

By bringing all market actors together, we will ensure that the UER transfers via our platform are done in a transparent and secure manner, whilst also complying with the requirements of the FQD and specific EU member state regulations.
