Vicente Lines

Vicente Lines is a partner at Arias Law, where Vicente has been since August 2000, serving as the head of the M&A, Telecoms, and Project Finance practices. Additionally, Vicente Lines leads business development operations for a major firm in Costa Rica, managing client relationships for multinationals in various sectors including telecommunications and infrastructure. Prior to this role, Vicente Lines was a foreign legal specialist at Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman from 1999 to 2000, focusing on telecom regulatory matters in Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, and Central America. Vicente Lines holds an LLM in Law from Georgetown University Law Center, completed in 1999.
