Jason Wright is a retired National Football League veteran who transitioned into a distinguished career in business and leadership. They served as a partner at McKinsey & Company from 2013 to 2020, and then as president of the Washington Commanders from 2020 to 2025. Currently, they are the Managing Partner & Head of Investments at Ariel Project Level, a position they have held since 2025. In addition, they serve on the board of trustees at Union Theological Seminary and are an alumnus of both Northwestern University and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Passionate about the intersection of theology, economics, and culture, they enjoy engaging discussions paired with good tequila.
